Your personal data are processed in accordance with EU Data Protection Law (Regulation (EU) 2018/1725).

The European Central Bank (ECB) is the controller for processing your personal data in the context of your registration for our event. It can be contacted at info@ecb.europa.eu.

The data will be used for the organization of activities, such as ECB events, conferences, seminars, workshops, visitor days, press conferences and other gatherings organised by the ECB, as well as for contact management. The organization of such activities may in some cases involve a plausibility check of the information provided against publicly available sources.

Your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 5.1 (d) of the Regulation EU 2018/1725).

By providing the personal data requested, you consent to the processing activities. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Future processing of your personal information will stop once you have withdrawn your consent, but prior processing will remain lawful.

The recipients of your personal data are dedicated ECB staff members who organize the meetings as well as those involved in event and contact management, who arrange, for instance, the transportation of participants, the processing of access badges and plausibility checks.

The personal data are stored for a maximum period of 5 years starting from the day when they were obtained and deleted thereafter.

You have the right to access your personal data and correct any data that is inaccurate or incomplete. You also have (with some limitations) the rights to delete your personal data or to restrict the processing of your personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
